Depending on the shipment location, shipping rates change. By adding things to your cart, continuing to checkout, and inputting your mailing address, you may calculate your exact shipping costs. Your total expenses will automatically update and include the shipping charge.

Shipping&Handling


The following USPS-observed holidays are not included in our processing days: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Our processing days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.

  • Processing Time: 2 to 7 days (during ordinary seasons) or longer during peak travel times.
  • Shipping: We employ a flat rate of
    First item: standard shipping is $9.99 USD. 6.99 USD for every extra item.
    First item with express shipping is 21.99 USD. 15.99 USD each additional item. this delivery package, please. Processing your purchase first will be our first priority. The manufacture of the item you order will be given top priority. Additionally, we’ll select the fastest delivery option offered by the shipping business to send it to your address as soon as feasible. In addition, we’ll give your case first priority if you encounter issues with your order.
  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 15 days (during ordinary seasons), Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. The delivery period for the “Priority Shipping” delivery package will be less than 8 business days.

*Not included in this is our 2–7 day processing time.

Shipping zone

We are able to ship everywhere. However, we are unable to deliver in some particular places (restricted areas, war zones, remote island areas, etc.)

Re: Delayed Deliveries

Although our shipping partners try their best to deliver your package on time, there are occasionally delays. MURANOTEX disclaims liability for any delays brought on by unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances, including:

If a package cannot be delivered due to incomplete, inaccurate, or missing destination information, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

When checking out, be sure to include accurate delivery information. Simply send us an email at [email protected] as soon as you notice your mistake. Although there is a 72-hour wait list for emails, if your order has already left our warehouse in that time, we have no control over it.

The destination country’s tax and/or any duty charges that may be incurred are NOT the responsibility of MURANOTEX. Customers are responsible for paying all restrictions, tariffs, taxes, and other charges levied by the destination nation.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of the package(s), in which case we will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for a refund.
