1. CASES FOR SUPPORT
If the package label—the one containing your shipping information—was not provided, some issues might not be resolved. We advise you to save the package label and make notes when you open the product.
Notes: Because of the current Covid issue, we are unable to guarantee typical shipping times as usual, however we do ship products as soon as they are ready. Please educate yourself and have compassion for us.
Special remarks
You may only change or cancel your order within 24 hours of making payment. We won’t be able to help you change or cancel your order beyond that point.
2. REPLACEMENT POLICY
All things are produced to order, so we only take into account reshipment requests if one of the following criteria is satisfied:

The materials are not what is described on our website or the printing quality is fuzzy.

EVIDENCE TO SUBMIT
For us to assist you, it is crucial that you submit any supporting documentation to address any shipping or product issues. Please be aware that you must send all necessary images. You may see an example in the photographs that are attached below:

Once the issue is resolved, we will ship the replacement free of charge within 15 days.

3. REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
Before mailing the shipment to us, please get in touch with us and let us know if you’d need a refund or a return. Please speak with us about your issue before returning any things. Without prior notification, any materials provided to us will be deemed forfeit.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds of merchandise due to material dissatisfaction. Please take into account the materials when placing an order as they are listed in the description section.
Since each item is distinctive and custom-made for you, the right products provided (based on your order, with regard to size, style, product type, etc.) will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund.
Any unsuccessful delivery caused by a customer’s incorrect shipping address or absence, any product loss caused by the security of a customer’s living space (if no eligible proof is asked), and any of the aforementioned circumstances are NOT eligible for a refund.
If the person for whom you gave information REFUSED to accept the package, we will NOT issue a refund.
In some circumstances, Customs or the carrier may destroy packages, in which case customers must place a fresh order.
In some circumstances, only partial returns are permitted (if applicable)
Any item that is damaged or missing pieces for reasons other than our error is not in its original state.
any product that comes to us more than 30 days after the initial shipment date.
We will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item once it has been received and examined.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be required to cover the cost of your own shipping for returning the goods. The original order’s shipping fees are not refundable, and they will be subtracted from your refund.
Missing or delayed refunds
After we notify you and you still haven’t gotten your refund, please first double-check your bank account.
The second option is to get in touch with your credit card provider; the official posting of your refund can take some time.
Please reach out to your bank third. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Unreceived goods
The shipping date will serve as the basis for the 50-day policy. If the delivery hasn’t arrived after 50 days for US orders and/or 90 days for overseas orders, you’ll have the option of a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. Customers have the option of replacement or refund.
